Come and witness the magic
that is porcelain pottery!

If you're visiting the Old
Historic Folsom area, we invite you to come by and
participate in our free studio tour. This tour takes
place every Saturday at 2 p.m. We begin our tour
at our storefront located at 609 Sutter Street.
We then take a small walk to our studio down Cloud's
Lane where you can view our beautiful garden walkway
displaying our handcrafted, raised grape wall mural
and tile critters.

During the tour you will view
the complete process. First, we show you the materials
we use to make our porcelain, then we show you each
of the 20 steps necessary to make a piece of our
porcelain. Our painters are always around to show
the decorating process, and often our throwers and
casters are hard at work, too. You'll discover firsthand
how each person who works on our pottery adds a
little bit of themselves to the finished product.
Sometimes our big gas kiln is through firing and
we can open this new load for our tour guests to
view!

The tour takes about half an
hour, and recommended ages are 8 years and up. (All
children must be accompanied by an adult.) We ask
that you call ahead if you have someone in need
of special assistance during the tour so that we
may accommodate that person. Group tours are available
