answer your questions, place an order, or to help
you pick out just the right item for you or that

Return Policy
Exchange or store credit only. No refunds. All
returns must be accompanied by the sales receipt
within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged Items
All items are inspected at least three times
before being shipped. In the case that you do receive
a damaged item please email us at SERVICE
or to speak with a customer service rep directly
call 1-800-472-4591 during normal business hours.
You MUST keep all packaging and damaged items for
inspection by us and contact us within five (5)
working days of delivery. Please do not ship the
items back to us without first contacting a Clouds
Porcelain customer service rep. Any items shipped
back without first consulting a Clouds Porcelain
rep will be rejected or exchange denied. We will
inspect all damaged items upon receipt to determine
if the item was damaged during transit or from misuse.
Items damaged from customer misuse will not be exchanged
or credit given and the customer is responsible
for return shipping of such items. Each package
comes with information concerning damaged items.

Out Of Stock / Special Orders
Due to the nature of the products we carry,
items can and do take several weeks before we
are able to produce. All of the items we carry
are hand crafted. All porcelain items are crafted
in house here at the Clouds Porcelain studio.
Average wait for an item on order is 4 - 8 weeks.

We do ship International orders. However our
shopping cart does not support the shipping rates.

Shopping Cart
Our shopping cart is provided by AmeriCart and
uses a 128-bit VeriSign encryption key. It is impossible
for anyone to steal your credit card information
as it is being transmitted over the Internet. An
encrypted key is sent before and after your information
is transmitted back and forth between your computer
and the shopping cart computer. If the key is not
received before and after the information is useless.
Anyone attempting to steal your information while
it is being transmitted will only receive garbled
information that is absolutely useless. AmeriCart's
